Summer

Although the Barossa Valley has hardly experienced many warm days as yet summer is upon us again!

We have been very fortunate to  have received a fantastic amount of rain during the winter and spring which should lead to a bountiful summer.
Our little produce patch Violet’s Garden is prospering with many new plantings soaking up the ample rains, and the warmer sunny days beginning to spur them along.
We have been extremely busy in the Cheesecellar with the Goats hitting their peak production over the spring period. They will now start to taper off, giving us a sustainable quantity of goat’s milk coming through to us over the summer months.
We have some great products in the shop for your summer get togethers or Christmas starters, especially the Hallomi which is a hit for easy dinner at this time of year.
Enjoy this fruitful time of year and the longer evenings ahead, and I wish you and your families a happy and safe Festive holiday period.
