Victoria has had five specially created condiments to enhance the enjoyment of her cheese.

Pear Spice
A spicy mix of pear and apple. The perfect accompaniment to soft cheeses like brie and camembert.

Green Tomato Relish
The tangy and slightly bitter partner for a firm washed rind cheese or vintage cheddar. Great on a Ploughman's platter.

Capsicum Jam
A sweet and tart mix of capsicum, tomato and spices to compliment a bitey cheese like cheddar or even a washed rind.

Quince Sambal
The smooth mix of quince and spices with a slight kick. Enhances a creamy brie or sharp cheddar.

Onion Confit
The sweet spiciness perfectly offsets a bitey vintage cheddar, or spoon it over hot brioche crowned with creamy brie.
