Colouring In Competition! July 2020

WIN WIN WIN!!   Be in the running to win a Barossa Cheese Classic Takeaway box... ready to collect and hit the Angaston Adventure Playground!   All you need to do, is print out our colouring in page, get creative... send it back (digital or by hand) and you will go into the running.   We have 2 categories... - 7 years and under - 8 and up!   Get creative, get colouring and all entries must be in by July 31st. Halloumi takes the GOLD at the Sydney Royal Show!

Extremely excited to receive a Gold and Bronze medal for our Barossa Halloumi and Barossa Wanera at the Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Awards.  There were over 799 Exhibits judged across 90 classes of the Show - how fantastic it was to receive awards for our delicious cheese made here in Angaston.

Happy New Year!

We have declared 2020 as the year of cheese! So many exciting things on the horizon that we can't wait to share with you.  The last 12 months whizzed past and as a team we managed to achieve so much, and we are really thankful that our team work so well together to get the job done! We made a record number of Triple Creams for Christmas, so we hope that you were able to share in one of those over the festive period, mine didn't last long, I can tell you that much!  Our hearts are going out to all effected by the current bush fires all over Australia, it is numbing to see the devastation. Christmas at Barossa Cheese

Christmas, it means so many different things, but one common ground that we all have is a celebration with food. Victoria is always in charge of the cheese platter, which she loves ‘cause cheese is THE best! And she gets to put any thing on it that takes her fancy. Her mum, Frances, always has a side of smoked salmon from Mount Pleasant Butchers, this pairs perfectly with our Vache curd. As a team, our traditions are all very different; hot meat vs. cold meat.
